Sous Chef

The Sous Chef is the second-in-command within a specific galley or restaurant kitchen, directly supporting the Executive or Head Chef. They are responsible for kitchen organization, supervision of staff, inventory control, and stepping in to manage the kitchen in the Chef's absence.
